All quotes and pricing is based upon the receipt of camera-ready artwork or
properly formatted electronic artwork. Images requiring manipulation design
time or scanning will result in additional art charges.
Customers need to provide PMS number. Film positives are maintained on file
for 12 months.
There is a standard over/under run policy for screen printed products of 5%.
Flag Crafters requires a minimum purchase of $25.00 on each order.
Below is a list of turn around times based on procedure. Production time is
based on having received camera ready art, deposit and any color swatch approvals.
However, depending on the size of the job turn around may vary. We also welcome
rush orders, however rush charges may apply.

All orders will be sent UPS Ground unless otherwise requested by client. UPS
one-day air, and Federal Express options are also available.
All sales are final. No refunds will be granted unless files have not been sent
to press, and the refund is requested during the same business day. A refund
granted on an order that has not yet begun will require a 15% restocking fee.
Claims for shortage, defects and nonconforming goods must be made by buyer in
writing within three (3) days of receipt of the goods, and no claim made after
the expiration of such period will be entertained or allowed. Such writing shall
state all material facts concerning the claim then known to the buyer. Buyer
shall hold the goods in questions until further notice from Flag Crafters.

All Orders: Flag Crafters accepts Visa, Master Card and checks. C.O.D. shipments
will only be allowed with guaranteed funds (certified check, money order or
cashier’s check). 50% deposit with order, with the remaining balance upon
receipt. Adequate time should be allowed for reference checks. Orders requiring
shipment prior to credit approval must be paid in advance.
Existing Accounts: NET 30 days from invoice date. Past due accounts
are placed guaranteed funds C.O.D. for future orders without notification.
